National Distributor Conference in Amman
“Shaping the Future”
On the occasion of the Smartline launch, the Bayer CropScience team in the Middle East also held its first National Distributor Conference in many years.
Under the motto “Shaping the Future” the team gathered their business partners in Amman on November 29. An important focus of the event was to communicate that Bayer CropScience is committed to using all of its available resources to work even closer with our partners across the Middle East. David James, Middle East Marketing & Development Manager, explained in detail how Bayer CropScience makes this customer-centric strategy come alive and promised: “Our staff are always ready to roll up their sleeves and get involved with dealers close to the market.”
Future innovation, and in particular the role of social media communication, also played an important role in the event. An afternoon workshop focused on finding ways to improve the service quality of the Bayer CropScience team.
